Create a free account on typeform.com
Select a template and customize it or create one from the scratch.
When you are are ready copy the form url in the publish step.
In your Vsble website dashboard create an HTML page, name it ( ex. Contact or Booking) and copy the code below in the code section:

Replace the "replace this text with your typeform link" with your typeform link you copied before.
You can adjust the height parameter in pixels to match the form height.
