If your website or admin panel is not responding as expected, there can be several causes. One of the most common solutions is to clear your browser cache.
Why Can the Browser Cache Cause Issues?
Your browser stores parts of your website to speed up loading times. However, sometimes this results in outdated or faulty data being displayed instead of the latest version of your website or admin panel. Clearing the cache ensures that you see the most up-to-date version without conflicts.
How to Clear Your Browser Cache
Google Chrome:
Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu (top right).
Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
Select Cached images and files and set the time range to All time.
Click Clear Data.
Mozilla Firefox:
Open Firefox and click on the menu icon (three lines).
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
Select Cached Web Content and confirm with Clear.
Safari (Mac):
Open Safari and click Safari > Preferences.
Go to the Advanced tab and enable Show Develop menu in the menu bar.
Click Develop > Empty Caches.
Microsoft Edge:
Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu.
Go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services.
Under Clear browsing data, select Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Other Solutions if the Problem Persists
Hard Refresh the Page:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Try in an Incognito/Private Window to check if the issue is related to stored data.
Use a Different Browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
Restart Your Device or Router if the internet connection is unstable.
Flush the DNS Cache (e.g., by entering
ipconfig /flushdns
in the Windows terminal orsudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
on Mac).
